Norwegian seaman who travelled the seas

The Lucia procession took place in the Seamen’s Chruch yesterday at 6pm and this is how it looked like.

The Swedish church was originally meant for the Swedish and Norwegian seamen that travelled over the sea to the UK.

However as there are now only around 7000 Swedish seamen left, the church also works as a gathering place for Scandos in need of some spiritual guidance.
